Qualifications
Sterling Brothers is a certified general appraiser and a registered forester.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Sewanee, The University of the South
in May 2000. He has worked all over the southeastern United States,
as well as the Pacific Northwest. In the southeast, he worked with
Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. for approximately eight years.
In Washington State, he worked with Jackson & Prochnau, Inc.
for approximately one and a half years. He has worked on land
and timber appraisals and investment analysis throughout the
United States that involved fee, lease, casualty loss, and
other aspects. He has also provided clients with acquisition
and disposition consulting in real estate transactions and expert
witness testimony. His appraisal training includes courses at
Duke University, Appraisal Institute, and various other institutions.
He has performed appraisal assignments for TIMO’s, forest industry,
lending institutions, U.S. Forest Service, and private investors.
